Ms. Kirrin has over 27 years of extensive civil engineering experience in design, construction and project management. Her experience includes freeways, roadways, streets, street lighting, drainage channels and structures for public and state agency projects. Yvette is an active member with the following organizations: American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIA), Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California (CELSOC), Institute of Transportation Engineers, Inc.
